Important Delivery Information

Delivery Timeframes

  • We aim to despatch goods on the next working day following the order but we can arrange a delivery day (Monday-Friday) that is convenient for you.
  • Most mainland UK consignments ordered by 12:00pm (midday) are delivered on a next working day service (Monday-Friday).
  • Please note that next working day delivery is not a guaranteed service and delays may occur that are beyond our control. However, 97% of deliveries arrive on the next working day.
  • All advised delivery dates are given in good faith and are estimates based on best information available from our couriers.
  • We are unable to give a designated time of delivery and our courier company can deliver anytime between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

Receiving Deliveries

  • Due to the sturdy nature of our trampolines the packaged boxes can be very heavy, up to 80kg in weight. The delivery driver may therefore need assistance when delivering and a signature is required for all consignments.
  • When you take delivery you must check the box and if there is any sign of damage you must note 'Damaged' on the delivery note at the time of delivery.
  • If there is no apparent damage but it is not possible to inspect the contents of the package, you MUST write 'Contents Unchecked' on the delivery note.
  • If the couriers receive a 'clean' signature they will consider that the goods have been delivered in perfect condition and it will not be possible to make a claim on the delivery insurance.
  • If there is any damage, you must also notify us directly within 48 hours of receipt. We cannot accept damage claims which are notified after this period.
  • Please do not reject a delivery if the box is damaged. We do our best to ensure that all of our products are adequately protected during transit, so a damaged box will very rarely result in a damaged product.
  • In the event that your item is damaged, we operate a 48 hour spare parts service and carry thousands of brand new spare parts in stock for immediate dispatch.
  • Where possible, we will always replace parts before accepting returns where items arrive damaged or develop a fault that can be fixed with a replacement part.
